  • Add the old word to the file name (QBPrint.qbp.old).
  • Now, Open QuickBooks Desktop, go to the File Menu and select Printer Setup.

  • When the Form Name list appears, select any Transaction, and select Ok.
  • A new file will be created ‘QBprint.qbp’ file.

  • The layout is then modified from the button specified for Layout Designer.

Check the paper size and see ‘Use specified printer settings below for this (form name)’ is checked. If not, modify the template layout.
