The procedure for combining reports is enumerated as under:

  • The users should first open the company file on which he/she wants to work on in QuickBooks.
  • Now, click on the Reports tab.
  • Here, choose the option to Combine Reports from Multiple Companies.

  • Hit on Add Files and then search for the second company file.
  • Subsequently, click on Open.
  • Choose the other company files to be merged.
  • Pick the reports to combine in the Select Reports for combining box.
  • Fill in the dates in the From and To boxes.
  • After that, pick the report type.
  • In Excel, click on Combine Reports.
